Immigrant Women’s Support Program – “Women Haven”
Many immigrant women face unique struggles while adapting to a new country. Juggling caregiving, work, and cultural adjustments, they often experience:
Social isolation and loneliness
Mental health struggles, stress, and burnout
Language barriers and lack of access to resources
Our Women Haven program offers a safe and nurturing space where women can:
✔ Find emotional and peer support to reduce isolation
✔ Attend workshops on mental and physical well-being
✔ Engage in networking and mentorship opportunities
✔ Participate in “Me Time” sessions designed for relaxation, self-care, and empowerment
We believe that when immigrant women thrive, families and communities flourish. By equipping them with tools for personal growth, mental well-being, and empowerment, we ensure they become stronger, more confident individuals, capable of shaping their own future.
